Inventions and patent policy
The rules applicable to potentially patentable inventions are set out in the Danish Act on Employees' Inventions [lov om arbejdstageres opfindelser].
You will find the rules in question at www.retsinfo.dk [in Danish only].
According to these provisions, employees must inform the proper director and executive vice president of any inventions and patent applications that they may have created or filed during the term of their employment and for up to six months after termination of the employment relationship.
For further information on employee inventions, please consult the Employee Handbook.
