Come and participate in the Nordic Seaweed Conference in Grenaa, Denmark, 2023, featuring an exciting two-day conference program, networking opportunities, conference dinner at the Kattegatcentre, and a combined poster and food innovation session.
The conference will revolve around the theme of seaweed as a tool for emission capture and utilization – taking up nutrients and CO2 and providing a valuable bioresource. Our focus will be on the seaweed production, interactions with climate and environment and the innovative utilization of macroalgae in biobased materials, health, feed, and nature-based solutions.
