Join this networking opportunity and learn more about why we talk about sustainability in the food industry, the foundational knowledge necessary to start your work with sustainability and get a chance to network with other food companies on their sustainability journey.

The Danish Technological Institute and Food & Bio Cluster Denmark invite you to this workshop with focus on knowledge sharing within sustainability in the Danish food industry.
 
Sustainability has become ever more present in recent years, and especially the food industry has been the target of a lot of debate, making initiatives on social and environmental sustainability a very precent concern for many companies.
 
This event will deliver the foundational knowledge of sustainability in the context of food production, the upcoming legislation as well as some more in-depth knowledge on technical tools, standards and documentation of your sustainability efforts.
 
Thus, this workshop is for you if you work with sustainability within a Danish food company – either within primary production, food processing, ingredients, retail or innovation.
 
During the workshop there will be ample opportunity to exchange knowledge with people in similar roles within the Danish food industry and provide your insights on key challenges and opportunities faced by Danish companies.
 
Details:
This event is supported by the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.
When you participate in this event, your time will be used as co-financing for the Innovationskraft project, which is financed by the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science at the standard rate.
The theme day will be conducted in either Danish or English depending on the participants.
