Glas og ruder

Vores laboratorie har stor viden og erfaring med test af glas. Vi udfører rutine-/produktionskontrol for en stor del af de europæiske rudeproducenter.

Styrketest og sikkerhedstest er en del af de opgaver vi løser. Dette kan være sikkerhedsglas (brusekabiner, afskærmning mv) og glas til ruder.

Desuden er det også muligt at foretage ikke-destruktive test af gasindholdet (Argon) i både 2- og 3-lags ruder med mobilt udstyr, både i laboratoriet og on-site.

 

Laboratoriet udfører bl.a. klassifikation iht.:

  • EN 12150-1 Glass in building – Thermally toughened soda lime silicate safety glass – Part 1: Definition and description.
  • hEN 12150-2 Glass in building – Thermally toughened soda lime silicate safety glass – Part 2: Evaluation of conformity/Product standard
  • hEN 1279-5 Glass in building - Insulating glass units - Part 5: Evaluation of conformity
  • hEN 14449 Glass in building – Laminated glass and laminated safety glass – Evaluation of conformity/Product standard
     

Laboratoriet udfører bl.a. følgende standardiserede tests:

  • EN 1279-2 Glass in building – Insulating glass units – Part 2: Long term test method and requirements for moisture penetration.
  • EN 1279-3 Glass in building – Insulating glass units – Part 3: Long term test method and requirements for gas leakage rate and for gas concentration tolerances.
  • EN 1279-4 Glass in building – Insulating glass units – Part 4: Methods of test for the physical attributes of edge seal components and inserts.
  • EN 1279-6 Glass in building – Insulating glass units – Part 6: Factory production control and periodic tests.
  • EN 356 Glass in building – Security glazing – Testing and classification of resistance against manual attack.
  • EN 675 Glass in building – Determination of thermal transmittance (U value) – Heat flow meter method
  • EN ISO 12543-4 Glass in building – Laminated glass and laminated safety glass – Part 4: Test method for durability
  • EN 12600 Glass in building – Pendulum test – Impact test method for flat glass.
  • EN 1288-3 Glass in building – Determination of the bending strength of glass – Part 3: Test with specimen supported at two points (four point bending)
